Inheritance law includes how to manage the estate legally and correctly after someone's passing. It can also involve preparing for your own heirs according to your will. A will is a document of which strict formal requirements need to be met and we can help you to ensure that your will is valid. We have the expertise to properly draft and execute wills, estate inventories, and distribution of estates. Our firm also have lawyers with the education and experience required to handle assignments as estate administrators, estate trustees, and executors under the will.

Drafting documents for the distribution of estates or wills is not covered by your insurance, nor can you receive financial aid for these matters, meaning you will have to cover the cost yourself. Please see the section "hourly rate and billing" for more details. We do not have set prices for drafting documents as the amount of work can vary significantly depending on the specifics of your case, your needs, and your wishes.

Regarding the assignment of an estate administrator, both parties usually share the fee equally. The assignments of estate trustees or executors under the will are funded by the estate.
